It's Monday! What are you reading

It's Monday! What are you Reading? is a meme hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. It's a great way to recap what you read and/or reviewed the previous week and to plan out your reading and reviews for the upcoming week. It's also a great chance to see what others are reading right now...you just might discover your next “must-read” book!

Kellee Moye, of Unleashing Readers, and Jen Vincent, of Teach Mentor Texts decided to give It's Monday! What Are You Reading? a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children's literature - picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels, anything in the world of kidlit - join us! We love this meme and think you will, too. We encourage everyone who participates to visit at least three of the other kidlit book bloggers that link up and leave comments for them.

If you want to know more about what I've been reading, visit my Goodreads shelf.

    1. Harlem Charade was awesome. The mystery was suspenseful and the characters were fun to get to know.

  4. I didn't know there was a new Brewster triplets book. I'll have to look for it! I really enjoyed Harlem Charade as well. I was thinking about that book this weekend when I read an ARC of The Vanderbeekers of 141st Street, also set in Harlem.

  5. Don State's new book seems interesting but it seems there have been an influx of strongman bios.

  6. I just picked up I Believe In A Thing Called Love from the library. I've got a few to finish before I get to it, but I'm glad to hear it's good.

  8. I wish I could say something similar next week: "I had a great week filled with tons of books" - the semester has begun in the university for 3 weeks now, and it's just been crazy hectic with very little time for reading. Sigh. As Fast as words could fly looks very interesting. Thanks for sharing all these.
