  1. What a nice way to introduce yourself to other slicers!

  2. Welcome! This is my fourth year participating, though I've only hit the 31 day target once. I love the welcoming atmosphere of the Slicing family... hope you will, too!

  4. I love this! I think it would be a fun way to have students introduce themselves at the beginning of the year. It's a good way to see what we have in common with each other (I, for example, am also a chocolate eater and sometimes overgrown child). Welcome to slicing!

    1. Yay! Always happy to meet fellow overgrown children. My daughter calls me that - affectionately most of the time. ;)

  5. I like the "who am I?" list idea - and your list. The bio or persona poem is another good one too.

  6. I find it interesting that "writer" was the last word on your list. Was this intentional? Welcome to the tribe. Happy slicing!

    1. Yes, I did do that on purpose. I think I may have even moved it to the final space. It's the designation that has come the most recently for me and I wanted that to be the final thought. Thanks for the welcome.

  7. So many roles in life we play and each one has its story to tell. If each part of you tells a story, you will never run out of ideas for writing. Enjoy this month!

    1. That's what I was thinking. I can keep coming back to this list if I am out of ideas. Thanks!

  8. Welcome to our writing community, Crystal!

Loved the roles of overgrown child and activist. Would love to hear more about those in their own slices of life.
